從項目開展階段，建築設計已經完成，由於建築室內自身大幅度落地玻璃，入口及其他共用空間沒有明顯分隔。

設計於入口，餐廳安置大型弧型及條型木屏風，提高私密度同時增加空間層次，為不同功能作用明顯分區定位，為整體設計彰顯其獨特效果，室內左右方以石材牆體由室內最頭至最深端一直伸延配合以山巒美景為主題造型，設計同時利用建築室內自身大幅度落地玻璃，令室內與室外自然景觀互相融為一體，無縫相連。

With an area of 140 square metre, this high end residence achieves a combination of interior and exterior space, which allows flexibility for the client to adjust for different purposes.

Placing curved and slatted wooden panels at the entrance and the dining room respectively not only enhances the privacy, but also differentiates one area from another. The extensive use of marble within the interior connecting the exterior landscape brings out the beauty of the nature. To further integrate the overall style, the combination of materials and lighting also contributes to it.
